★ With regards to payment/refunds and postage:

- Payments are in Euro and done through Paypal.
- 25% of the full price (NOT including postage) is required upon client approval of completed preliminary sketch/line-art, with the remainder due upon completion of the painting.
If either payment installment is not received within a week of either milestone, your commission will be dropped.
- The average amount of time it takes me to complete an A2-sized painting generally varies between 2-6 months, depending on the content of the work. A due date must be agreed upon prior to my starting work on the piece.
- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission(s), you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I've made.
- If you decide to cancel your commission(s), you will only receive a full refund if a preliminary sketch/line-art has not already been completed and shown to you. Otherwise, your refund will be based on the amount of work already completed: 75% if no painting process has commenced, and 50% if it has.
- No refunds will be given after the commission is complete.

★ References, Edits and Changes:

- A reference sheet comprised of images, verbal descriptions, etc. would be preferable prior to my starting work on the piece. However, I will NOT accept any reference material created by or containing AI-generated imagery, text, or other content. I retain the right to immediately cancel the commission wholesale should I discover this at any point in the creative process.
- Constant communication between artist and client is required, whether via DM (mementomoryo on Tumblr, @mementomoryo on Bluesky) or via e-mail (which I will DM you on request). I will send regular updates, complete with screenshots/photographs as proof of progress. A high-quality scan of the work will also be made.
- You may NOT edit or trace the commission yourself, or have another artist do so. You may NOT alter any images of it, WIP or otherwise, by knowingly using AI programs currently in existence or created in the future. You may repost your commission as long as proper credit is given, including a link to at least one of my social media accounts. I will provide a Nightshaded and/or Glazed scan of the piece for reposting upon request.
- You may crop or edit for layout purposes; icons, banners, etc. as long as the original content of the image itself is not edited.

★ Usage by the Client and Artist:

- You may NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. Any and all merchandise created by the client should be for personal use only.
- My artwork may not, under any circumstances, be tokenized, used for NFTS, or otherwise minted for any type of cryptocurrency currently in existence or created in the future.
- My artwork may NOT, under any circumstances, be knowingly and deliberately fed to any and all AI programs currently in existence or created in the future. To about bots scraping your commission off of social media or another site against your will, please use the aforementioned Nightshaded/Glazed scan I will provide you.
- Please let me know beforehand if you would prefer your commission not be posted and/or your name be associated with it on social media. Your right to privacy will absolutely be respected.- I own all copyrights of the commission. I also reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion. I will not, however, reproduce your commission with the intent to sell or for profit.
